On Wednesday June 12, 2013, at approximately 7:31 pm, police were dispatched to a report of a fire at the Cornwall Center located at 2102 11th Avenue in Regina, Saskatchewan. The fire originated in the Dollarama store which is located in the basement of the Cornwall Center. Regina Police along with the Regina Fire Department confirmed that the fire in the Dollarama store was deliberately set. Fortunately, no one was injured in the fire. Police conducted interviews that evening, gathering information from those at the scene. This fire is currently under investigation by the Regina Police Service and the Regina Fire Department.
