A 20 year-old man is facing drug charges after an occurrence on Saturday morning.
On Sunday, June 2, 2013 at about 7:15 a.m. police were dispatched to the 0-99 block of Cowburn Crescent for a report of a weapons offence. Further investigation led to the discovery of marihuana and approximately $3500 in cash. No weapons were found at the scene.
Twenty year-old Eric Allen NILLSON (DOB 1992/10/02) was charged with Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking Cannabis [CDSA 5(2)], Proceeds of Crime – under $5000 [CC 355(b)], and Trafficking Cannabis – exceeding [CDSA 5(1)]. NILLSON made his court appearance this morning (June 3, 2013) at 9:30 a.m.
