The Regina Police Service has arrested and charged two males after a robbery last evening.
While on patrol, two Regina Police officers noticed an altercation between 4 males happening near the intersection of 12th Avenue and Lorne Street. After talking to the four males it was alleged that two males had attempted to rob the other two. All property was recovered.
Eighteen year old Matthew Leslie John BUMPHREY, DOB 1994/06/21, of Regina, is charged with Robbery causing bodily harm [CC 343(b)] and Breach of Probation [CC 733.1(1)].
The second charged person is a male youth and cannot be named in accordance with the provisions of the Youth Criminal Justice Act. He is charged with Robbery causing bodily harm [CC343(b)] and Failure to Comply [YCJA 137].
Both charged males will make their first appearance in court this afternoon at 2.
