The Regina Police Service has arrested and charged four people as result of ongoing investigation into drug trafficking in our city.
On Monday, April 22, 2013 at 8:56 p.m. police attended a residence in the 1900 Block of Montreal Street. An ongoing investigation into activity at this residence produced evidence of drug trafficking. When police attended the above address, they located large quantities of cannabis marihuana, cash and other drug paraphernalia. Three adult males were taken in to custody without incident. A traffic stop was also requested by officers. One male was arrested without incident in the traffic stop, conducted in the 1600 block of Halifax Street.
Thirty-five year old Garry Roger FLATFOOT, DOB: 1978/02/10, of Swan River, MB, is charged with Possession for Purpose of Trafficking – Cannabis [CDSA 5(2)]. FLATFOOT made his first appearance in Provincial Court today, April 23, 2013.
Forty-four year old Victor Joseph GENAILLE, DOB: 1968/10/10, of St Rose Du Lac, MB, is charged with Possession for Purpose of Trafficking – Cannabis [CDSA 5(2)]. GENAILLE made his first appearance in Provincial Court today, April 23, 2013.
Fifty-six year old Irvin Wayne PASQUA, DOB: 1956/05/01, of Fort Qu’Appelle, is charged with Possession for Purpose of Trafficking – Cannabis [CDSA 5(2)]. PASQUA made his first appearance in Provincial Court today, April 23, 2013.
Thirty-six year old Glen David BLONDEAU, DOB: 1976/08/25, of Outlook, is charged with Possession Cannabis [CDSA 4(5)]. BLONDEAU will make his appearance in Provincial Court on May 21, 2013.
