The preliminary findings of the investigation into the sudden death of a 58 year-old Regina man, whose body was discovered January 28, 2012, show no indication of foul play.
At approximately 12:58 p.m. on Saturday, January 28, 2012, police were dispatched to a house in the 1100 block of Argyle Streetfor a report of a male who was possibly deceased. Police arrived and located the body of a 58 year-old male inside the house; the male was confirmed to be deceased. Police requested the Coroner and secured the scene. The Office of the Chief Coroner ordered an autopsy, completed today, and there is no indication of foul play.
As there is no known criminal aspect to this death, the man’s name will not be released by police. The investigation resides with the Office of the Chief Coroner and police will assist where necessary.
