At approximately 7:45 am on Wednesday, December 28, 2011, the Regina Police Service was dispatched to a Break & Enter in progress at a residence in the1000 block of Victoria Avenue. The call came from the occupant of the residence. Police responded and arrested three men. The occupant of the residence, a 35 year-old male, was transported to hospital with non life-threatening injuries.
Preliminary investigation indicates that three men entered the residence by breaking a window. The three men assaulted and threatened the 35 year-old victim. A pellet gun was seized at the residence.
Charged in relation to this incident are three men: 26 year-old Jesse MANULAK (DOB: 1985-09-12) of Regina is charged with 2 counts of Possess weapon for dangerous purpose [88 CC], Utter threat [264.1(1)(a) CC], Pointing of firearm.[87 CC], 2 counts of Assault with weapon [267(a) CC], Break & Enter [348 CC] and Possession Cannabis [4(5) CDSA]; 25 year-old Alex HILL (DOB: 1986-07-17) of Regina is charged with 2 counts of Possess weapon for dangerous purpose [88 CC], Utter threat [264.1(1)(a) CC], Pointing of firearm [87 CC], 2 counts of Assault with weapon [267(a) CC], Break & Enter [348 CC; and 25 year-old Nicholas Barnett FOSTER (DOB: 1986-12-11) of Regina is charged with 2 counts of Possess weapon for dangerous purpose [88 CC], Utter threat [264.1(1)(a) CC], Pointing of firearm [87 CC], 2 counts of Assault with weapon [267(a) CC], Break & Enter [348 CC]. All three will make their first court appearance at 9:30 am on Thursday, December 29, 2011.
