A 27 year-old Regina male, who was the subject of a Warrant of Arrest following the investigation into a financial institution robbery on September 20, 2011, will make his first court appearance on Thursday, October 6, 2011 at 2:00 pm.
Twenty-seven year old Marshall James LUCAS, DOB: 1984-07-29, of Regina, was arrested without incident in Vancouver on October 1, 2011, with the assistance of Transit Police in Vancouver. He was transported back to Regina, arrived on the evening of October 5, 2011 and will appear in court charged with Robbery [343(a) CC] on Thursday, October 6, 2011 at 2:00 pm.
