A 27 year-old Regina male, who was the subject of a Saskatchewan-wide Warrant of Arrest following the investigation into a financial institution robbery on September 20, 2011, has been arrested.
Twenty-seven year old Marshall James LUCAS, DOB: 1984-07-29, of Regina, was arrested without incident in Vancouver on October 1, 2011, with the assistance of Vancouver Police Department. He is being transported back to Regina where he will appear in court charged with Robbery [343(a) CC] at a later date.
