A 27 year-old Regina male is the subject of a Saskatchewan-wide Warrant of Arrest following the investigation into a recent robbery in Regina. On September 20, 2011, at approximately 2:14 p.m., police were dispatched to the 2900 block of1 3th Avenue for a report of a robbery at a financial institution. Preliminary investigation indicates a lone male entered the premises and demanded money from one of the employees. The suspect obtained an undisclosed amount of cash and fled eastbound on foot. No one was physically injured in this incident.
As the result of investigation into this incident, the Regina Police Service has charged 27 year-old Marshall James LUCAS, DOB: 1984-07-29, of Regina, with Robbery [343(a) CC]. As attempts to locate LUCAS have been unsuccessful, police have requested a warrant for his arrest.
Twenty-seven year-old Marshall James LUCAS is described as male, Caucasian, approximately 6’ tall, weighing about 161 pounds, thin build, with light brown hair, brown eyes and piercings in both ears. LUCAS may be operating a brown, 1996 Ford Taurus, four-door model, with Saskatchewan license 161-HUM.
