A 39 year-old male, who was the subject of a Public Disclosure in May 2011, has been arrested.
On August 24, 2011, the Regina Police Service was monitoring Benjamin Moores’ recognizance conditions. While searching his residence, it was discovered that he was in breach of one of his conditions – Must not own, use or be in the possession of any communication or electronic device that would allow unsupervised access to the internet. Moore made his first court appearance on August 25, 2011 at 9:30 am charged with Breach of Recognizance [811 CC].
