To apply for a Parade Permit or to use amplified music in public for a rally/block party etc, fill out the form found at:
***PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT WE REQUIRE A MINIMUM 14 DAYS NOTICE IF THE REQUEST IS FOR POLICE RESOURCES***
Parade Permits are only required when the parade/walk/march will be interfering with regular traffic movement.
If your group is small, and you will only be walking on City sidewalks and/or pathways, and you will be obeying pedestrian Traffic laws, you DO NOT require a permit.
If you require a Police Escort for your event, there may be a financial charge associated to the use of Police resources.
