The Regina Police Service has charged three people with first-degree murder in the death of 31 year-old Ryan Daniel SUGAR. SUGAR’s body was located in a burned house at 1555 McTavish St on October 11, 2016.
Charged are: 35 year-old Colinda Lee HOTOMANI, DOB: 1981-10-23, of Fort Qu’Appelle; 27 year-old Jessica Dawn PANGMAN, DOB: 1989-01-09, of Regina; and 24 year-old Gregory James WOLFE, DOB: 1992-04-08, of no fixed address. All three are charged with First-Degree Murder, contrary to section 235(1) of the Criminal Code of Canada. The three accused will be making their first court appearances on Monday, December 12, 2016 at 9:30 a.m. The family of Ryan Sugar has been advised of this development.
