On December 16th just before midnight, police received a report of a break and enter on Sangster Boulevard. While the residents were in their home, a group of approximately five males in masks, believed to be armed, kicked in the door, made off with some of the resident’s belongings, and left.
Moments after the first event, just after midnight on December 17th, police receive a report of a group of males attempting to gain entry to another occupied residence on the 600 block of Montague Street. Suspects were unsuccessful in their attempt to gain entry and fled.
Suspects in both incidents were described as young males in dark clothing, with faces masked.
Police conducted a canine track which was met with negative results.
No one was injured in either incident.
