The Regina Police Service is investigating a report of a sexual assault that occurred on Sunday, May 3, 2015, at about 2:13 a.m., outside of a residence on Cambridge Avenue involving a 16 year old female. The victim was returning home when she was grabbed from behind and forced to the ground and sexually assaulted. The victim began to fight and scream and the suspect fled eastbound on foot. The suspect was described as being an aboriginal male, around 25-30 years old, 5’6”-5’8” wearing a brown sweater with his hood up, grey sweatpants with rips.
There are no other details available for release at this time.
