The Regina Police Service is asking for information from the public to assist in an investigation into a robbery that occurred on January 26, 2015 at a business in the 2900 block of Gordon Road, which was the subject of an earlier media release. Police are releasing some video images of the event, hoping to generate tips.
At about 9:35 p.m. on Monday, January 26th, police were dispatched to a report of a robbery that had occurred around 9:28 p.m. The preliminary investigation indicates a suspect male, wearing a black jacket with a hood over his head, dark washed jeans, black footwear, and carrying what appears to be a black handgun, entered the business. The male entered the cash room while the manager was counting the cash, and the suspect pointed the gun at the manager. The suspect male took cash and deposit envelopes containing cash, then fled.
