The Regina Police Service is requesting information from the public in identifying a suspect to help solve a robbery that happened on Thursday night.
On Thursday, January 22, 2015, at approximately 9:00 p.m. police were dispatched to a report of a robbery in the 3500 block of Dewdney Street. The suspect jumped up on the counter, demanded cash and merchandise while holding a weapon, took the cash and then fled the scene.
The suspect is described as approximately 5’8” – 6’ in height, medium build, wearing a black rag on his face, blue jeans and a dark jacket.
This matter is under investigation. Anyone with information that could assist in this case is asked to contact the Regina Police Service at 777-6500 or call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
