Police are investigating a robbery that occurred early yesterday morning (December 11, 2014) in the Regina General Hospital area.
On December 11, 2014, at approximately 12:02 a.m, a female had been outside walking to her vehicle, when a male approached her, asking for directions. She gave him directions and then as she was getting into her car, the man assaulted her and stole her purse. Another motorist saw the incident and honked their horn to scare off the suspect. The suspect fled the scene on foot. Police conducted an area search with negative results.
The suspect is described as a black male, 5’8” to 5’9” tall, 25-30 years old with a mark on his face, wearing a grey and black toque, black and brown jacket, and blue jeans.
