A thirty-eight year old male has been arrested and charged with Arson and a forty-three year old male is the subject of Warrants for Arrest in connection with the fire surrounding the murder of fifty-three year-old Ray Allen YACEVICH, DOB: 1960-09-02 whose body was discovered in a burned house on Sunday, March 23, 2014, in the 1400 block of Wascana Street, after firefighters extinguished a house fire. By Thursday, March 27th, police confirmed that the death of YACEVICH was considered a homicide case. Two women, 41 year-old Rosalyn Faye WILM and 22 year-old Sarah Dawn Louisa WILM, who were the subject of earlier releases; were charged with second-degree murder.
