The Regina Police Service has arrested and charged four people in 2 recent break and enter incidents in the Southland Mall.
Police were dispatched to a report of a Break and Enter at a business in the Southland Mall just after 4:33 on the morning of May 6, 2013. Evidence led to the identification of one of the suspects. Officers attended an address in the 1200 block of Athol Street and arrested all 4 suspects. A search warrant was obtained and executed on the residence and a vehicle at the residence. All stolen property was recovered along with property from a Break and Enter believed to have been committed May 1, 2013, also to a business in the Southland Mall.
Twenty seven year old Catlin Codie AUBICHON, DOB: 1986/02/02, of Regina, is charged with Possession Over $5,000 [CC 355(a)], Possession Under $5,000 [CC 355(b)], and Break & Enter [CC 348 (1)(b)].
Twenty eight year old Darcy Michael FRIESEN, DOB: 1984/11/27, of Regina, is charged with Possession Over $5,000 [CC 355(a)], 2 counts of Possession Under $5,000 [CC 355(b)], Break & Enter [CC 348 (1)(b)], Possession- Methamphetamine [CDSA 4(1)], and 2 counts of Breach of Undertaking [CC 145(3)].
Twenty eight year old David Attila POLOSKEI, DOB: 1984/11/19, of Regina, is charged with Possession Over $5,000 [CC 355(a)], Possession Under $5,000 [CC 355(b)], Break & Enter [CC 348 (1)(b)], 2 counts of Break & Enter [CC 348 (1)(b)], and Breach of Undertaking [CC 145(3)].
Twenty four year old Stephanie Rae NAMETH, DOB: 1989/01/31, of Regina is charged with Possession Over $5,000 [CC 355(a)], Possession Under $5,000 [CC 355(b)], and 2 counts of Break & Enter [CC 348 (1)(b)].
All charged persons will make their first appearance in court this afternoon at 2.
